About the Role

As a Cleaner/Sanitation Technician, you will ensure that production areas, service counters, dining spaces, and restrooms meet the high standards expected of a food establishment. You will follow cleaning schedules, handle sanitation chemicals safely, and keep equipment and surfaces ready for use throughout each shift.

Key Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize food preparation surfaces, mixing equipment, utensils, fryers, and display cases according to established procedures. Sweep, operate floor cleaner in production, service, and dining areas to prevent slips and maintain a tidy appearance. Empty trash and recycling, break down and dispose of waste, and keep receiving and storage areas orderly.

Clean and stock restrooms, ensuring they remain presentable throughout business hours. Follow safe handling practices for cleaning agents and report any equipment or maintenance issues promptly. Qualifications

Ability to work efficiently and independently. Comfortable standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout a full shift, and handling cleaning supplies safely. Ideal work schedule would be 7pm to midnight. Sunday availability is ideal. Attention to detail and a genuine commitment to cleanliness and food-safety standards.

Reliability and punctuality, with the flexibility to work Sundays or holidays as needed. Prior cleaning, janitorial, or food-service sanitation experience is helpful but not required.
