Senior Accounts Payable Associate

The Senior Accounts Payable Associate is responsible for supporting daily accounts payable operations, including payment processing, payment-batch preparation, remittance creation, vendor inquiries, invoice processing, and payment issue resolution. This position ensures payments and related records are accurate, complete, properly approved, and processed on time.

The Senior AP Associate works closely with the AP Supervisor and AP Manager to resolve exceptions, support reporting needs, and maintain efficient AP processes while protecting confidential financial information.
