Responsibilities

Supervise team of retail sales workers. Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency. Train and evaluate employees. Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting. Resolve escalated customer complaints.

Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields.
