Labor & Employment Attorney

The Chicago office of Amundsen Davis is seeking a mid-level associate in its well-established and growing management-side Labor and Employment practice. Candidates should have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in employment law counseling and compliance. Relevant experience includes preparation of employment policies and agreements and employee handbooks, counseling on employee relations issues such as discipline and termination, accommodation requests, and leaves of absence, and conducting workplace investigations.

Experience with counseling and compliance for multi-state employers is preferred. Experience in anti-harassment and other employment training experience is a plus.
