Affirmed Home Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to support a medically complex pediatric patient in Freehold, NJ .

This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while building a strong relationship with a child and family through individualized nursing care. ⭐ Pediatric Case Details Freehold, NJ Pediatric patient diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and ADHD Skilled nursing interventions include: G-tube care and feedings Compression vest treatments PRN oxygen administration Chest port monitoring and care Requires ongoing assessment, skilled nursing oversight, and close monitoring of changes in condition ⭐ What You'll Do Provide skilled 1:1 pediatric nursing care in the home Perform comprehensive nursing assessments Manage and monitor G-tube feedings and medications Assess respiratory status and administer PRN oxygen as ordered Provide airway clearance therapies, including compression vest treatments Monitor for and respond to seizure activity Access and monitor chest port per physician orders and agency policy Collaborate with physicians, therapists, family members, and the clinical team Educate caregivers on care plans and treatment goals Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation ⭐ Pay Rate RN: Up to $45/hr ⭐ What You Bring Active New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) License Pediatric home care experience preferred G-tube experience preferred Current BLS Certification Strong assessment and critical thinking skills Authorized to work in the United States Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Physical exam within the last 12 months PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X-ray within 5 years) Proof of flu vaccine or approved exemption ⭐ Why RNs Love Working With Us Meaningful 1:1 pediatric care Opportunity to work independently while supported by a dedicated clinical team Flexible scheduling options Competitive pay rates Ongoing clinical support and education Responsive management team Long-term case stability Opportunity to make a lasting impact on a child's quality of life ⭐ Equal Opportunity Employer Affirmed Home Care welcomes applicants from all backgrounds.
