Sr. Training Manager - Sales

3+ years supporting sales, sales training, or sales enablement Demonstrated understanding of the full sales cycle Ability to coach discovery, probing, objection handling, value positioning, assumptive/appropriate closing, upsell and cross-sell Ability to analyze conversion, close rate, attach rate, revenue, AOV/ARPU where applicable, and behavioral drivers Proven ability to build sales simulations, role plays, call listening, certification, and coaching Preferred: CPSP®, CPSL®, CMST, CSP®, or comparable professional sales certification Formal certification in the specific sales methodology used by the client/program Sales enablement or sales coaching certification
