Automotive Service Technician

Looking for A, B & C Level Automotive Service Technicians

We are currently looking for Automotive Service Technicians to join our Hondru Chevrolet team. Top pay for top technicians with certifications and experience.

This full-time position is Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

As an Automotive Service Technician , your responsibilities would include:

Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards.

Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.

Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.

Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are informed if any additional service is needed.

Provide an estimate of the time needed for additional repairs.

Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.

Able to lift 50lbs

Other duties as needed.

Your Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Previous experience in automotive maintenance, repair, and diagnostics

GM certifications preferred - Intermediate & Senior Master Technicians

Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, and excellent hand-eye coordination

Mechanical and troubleshooting skills

Ability to learn new technology, repair, and service procedures and specifications

State Inspection License and Emissions License

Valid PA Driver’s License
