HR Business Partner

The HR Business Partner serves as a strategic and hands-on HR partner to plant operations and company leadership in a fast-paced contract manufacturing environment. This role supports a diverse employee population that includes corporate and exempt professionals as well as a large hourly production workforce made up of direct employees and temporary associates placed through staffing agency partners.

In collaboration with senior HR leadership, the HR Business Partner aligns HR programs with business strategy and production needs, oversees temporary labor program, drives employee engagement and retention, ensures consistent and compliant people practices across all shifts, and builds the frontline leadership capability needed to support a safe, productive, and fair workplace.
