Job description
Individual directs the Department of Job and Family Services, overseeing and directing all department operations, including personnel, program compliance, and proactive fiscal, funding and budgeting requirements. Establishes and accomplishes social and human services programs, objectives and processes by researching opportunities and challenges, and recommending strategies for implementation to County’s leadership, the JFS management team and the Board of Commissioners.
The individual is responsible for the overall fiscal, budgeting and funding requirements of the agency evaluating and reporting results. Individual reports to the Deputy County Administrator.
