FIND Coach Supervisor

The FIND Coach Supervisor provides supervision, training, consultation, and technical support to ensure the successful implementation of FIND. FIND, Filming Interactions to Nurture Development (FIND) (more information about the science of FIND in this link) is an evidence-based, strengths-centered coaching program that uses video to support caregivers’ developmentally supportive interactions with their children.

The FIND Coach Supervisor supports FIND Coaches across the state in becoming certified in FIND and delivering the program to fathers in their homes in English and Spanish.
