What You’ll Do: Inspect vehicles to identify and perform intermediate vehicle repairs and maintenance, such as brake, suspension, and steering repairs Complete work accurately according to dealership and safety standards in collaboration with Service Advisors Road-test vehicles as needed to confirm service quality Document completed services and recommendations clearly Maintain a clean, organized work area and properly care for tools and equipment Support the service team with additional maintenance tasks as needed What You’ll Bring: 2-5 years of experience as a Class B and/or C technician in a dealership or private shop Up-to-date ASE and manufacturer certifications Experience using scan tools and service information systems Proficient in engine maintenance and basic electrical diagnostics Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence Total Rewards The flat rate range for this position is $25.

00 to $40.00. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on production/productivity. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
