Launch Engineer

Req ID 73856 | Rayong, Thailand, ZF Passive Safety Systems (Thailand) Co., Ltd. Your Task: Overall operational management of the launch in the late stage (Plant & Production Readiness) Request resources & establish plant launch team Update OLM project plan including Check Points Control & manage the launch team via OLM Process (cockpit, checklists and templates) within the plant Communicate changes of targets & premises to the plant launch team Regular reporting (including risk management) to GDPEP and plant organization Overall responsibility for Production Readiness (PR Phase) Compliance with project target.

Your Profile

Academic degree in technical field or equivalent 2+ years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment Good understanding of relevant products & manufacturing processes Advanced skill set to analyze and solve problems, to present topics, run projects and build teams Very good oral and written communication skills Fluent in English Coaching skills
