Manager, IVD Manufacturing

As Manager, IVD Manufacturing, you will lead Production and Packaging Operations, ensuring the safe, efficient and compliant manufacture of IVD products. As a key member of the Operations leadership team, you will provide strategic and operational leadership, with accountability for safety, quality, delivery, productivity and cost, while developing Manufacturing leaders and driving continuous improvement.

Working cross-functionally, you will provide scientific and operational leadership for manufacturing processes, investigations, improvements, product transfers and validations, while supporting regulatory compliance, inspection readiness and reliable product supply.
