1099 Contract Nurse
Job Title: 1099 Contract Nurse Location: Ellijay, GA Company: Delta Homecare - Georgia
About the Role:
As a 1099 Contract Nurse with Delta Homecare - Georgia, you will have the opportunity to provide compassionate and personalized nursing care services to patients in their homes, community, and resident settings. This is a PART_TIME position that requires a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to work independently, provide nursing care, and support patients in organizing their physical activities.
Responsibilities:
Provide skilled visits and nursing care to patients in their homes, community, and resident settings
Conduct supervisory visits to monitor patient care and provide guidance to caregivers
Perform assessments, admissions, and insurance assessments as needed
Develop and implement Careplans tailored to each patient's unique needs
Collaborate with caregivers, patients, and families to ensure continuity of care
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse through the Georgia State Board of Nursing
At least two years of general nursing experience, with current home care, medical, surgical, or critical experience
Complies with accepted professional standards and principles
Possesses and maintains good physical stamina and mental health
Has presented a pre-employment physician's health clearance, including a negative TB skin test, current First Aid & CPR certification, and other tests as required by the Company's policy
Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or Company requirements and is in good working order
Excellent references from previous/current employers and/or professional peers
Ability to work independently, multi-task, and meet deadlines
Willingness to help with skills test and competency test as needed
