Maintenance Tech

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for performing a wide variety of facility maintenance and repair tasks, including HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general building maintenance. This includes troubleshooting and general building upkeep; we offer a diverse and rewarding work environment where no two days are the same.

Responsibilities

and Duties Duties include but are not limited to: Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to buildings, fixtures, and systems including pluming, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and appliances. Conduct preventative maintenance checks and document completed work. Conduct routine vehicle safety inspections and basic upkeep including fluid checks, tire inspections, light replacement, and cleanliness checks.

Coordinate scheduled vehicle maintenance and respond to urgent fleet issues during assigned on-call periods. Maintain accurate vehicle inspection and maintenance logs. Respond to on-call maintenance needs within defined response time expectations. Schedule: Monday through Friday: 7:Am to 3:30 Pm on call rotation Job Requirements Requires a high school diploma or the equivalent.
