Remote Marketing Project Manager

Who We're Looking For You are a project manager who actually manages — not someone who updates a spreadsheet and calls it coordination. You own the board. You know what's in flight, what's overdue, what's waiting on compliance, and what's blocked on a decision. You surface the right information to the right person before they have to ask.

You'll inherit a functioning marketing department with two VAs already in place. Your job is to run it — own their task assignments, manage quality, handle compliance routing, and keep leadership informed without burying them in updates. What You'll Own Day-to-day project management across all active marketing deliverables Task assignment and output oversight for two marketing VAs Compliance routing — every piece of content that requires review is submitted on time, to the right contact, with zero last-minute scrambles Maintaining a clean, current project tracker where every deliverable has a status, an owner, and a due date Weekly sync or live status updates covering what shipped, what's in progress, and what's blocked Proactive escalation of blockers and capacity issues before they become problems Documenting processes and SOPs as the department grows Requirements Direct experience managing at least two remote contractors or employees — their output was your responsibility Fluency with Click.
