Maintenance Supervisor

Permanent job available for a Maintenance Supervisor to work at a luxurious hotel based in Swindon, Wiltshire. Salary offered up to £30k pa + benefits. Working 40hrs pw over 5 days. JOB DUTIES The Maintenance Supervisor job will involve Managing day to day maintenance and to assist with maintenance to plant and equipment.

Respond to guest complaints and maintenance requests. Carry inspections and monitor maintenance and repairs and ensure this is carried out effectively and to health and safety regulations Assists in maintaining grounds and public areas and facilities. Managing budgets, forecasting and scheduling. JOB REQUIREMENTS The ideal candidate for the Maintenance Supervisor job will have previous management experience.

Have knowledge of refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, water treatment, electrical and life safety systems. Experience with project management and understanding P&L statements. The Maintenance Supervisor job will suit someone who has experience working in hotel or hospitality environment. Be able to cover out of hour emergencies and call outs.

JOB LOCATION The Maintenance Supervisor job is based near Swindon station in Wiltshire SN1 1DQ. JOB OFFER The Maintenance Supervisor job is permanent. Salary up to £30k. 40hrs pw over 5 days. 7.30am-4pm. Additional pay for on-call shifts. Annual leave is 31 days, increasing with service. Private healthcare and pension scheme.
