The Vice President, Investment Real Estate Finance is responsible for originating, developing, and managing commercial real estate lending relationships focused exclusively on non-owner-occupied investment properties. This individual will source and structure financing opportunities for professional real estate investors, developers, and investment sponsors, with an emphasis on single-family rental (SFR) portfolios, multifamily properties, and other income-producing residential investment assets.
