Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician

Description About the Role As a Commercial HVAC/R Field Service Technician with DOC Services, you'll travel to customer locations to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment. You'll help keep our customers' equipment operating safely and efficiently while providing dependable service.

What You'll Do

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC/R equipment, including walk-in and reach-in coolers and freezers, and ice machines. Perform preventive maintenance and identify electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues. Inspect equipment, identify needed parts, and complete repairs using appropriate tools. Document service calls and communicate with customers, supervisors, and office staff.

Maintain your company vehicle, tools, and equipment. Follow company safety procedures and applicable OSHA requirements. Cross-train on additional equipment as needed to support year-round service work.

What You'll Bring

High school diploma or GED. At least 5 years of commercial HVAC/R experience . Valid EPA certification required . Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and communicate professionally with customers and team members. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and mobile applications.
