Your Responsibilities

Prep, cook, and assemble menu items to spec, quickly and consistently, during high-volume service Set up and break down the truck before and after each event. Follow food safety standards: temperature logs, holding times, sanitation, and allergen awareness Help with prep, inventory counts, and stocking the truck Keep the line moving and stay friendly with guests at the window when needed Represent the Grobbel’s brand at every event What We’re Looking For At least 1 year of line cook experience (food truck, catering, or high-volume quick service is a plus) Comfortable working fast in a small, hot space while staying organized Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule that includes weekends, evenings, and some early event calls Able to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs Serv.
