Distribution Account Manager

Job Title Distribution Account Manager Job Description As our Distribution Account Manager, you are responsible for the Distributors and the Channel Partner Program in the region. Your objective is to capture maximum growth potential in the market by building up strong channel infrastructure, which is composed of Distributors and all kinds of Channel Partners.

The role includes managing the Distributor relationship and continuing growth. You will empower the Distributors by managing their continuous training, coaching and education. You will set targets and continuously evaluate the performance of the Distributors to ensure that Axis has the best Distributors in the market.

You will take an active role in driving revenue growth in the region to meet set targets. You will use your skills and knowledge to implement and improve the region’s sales processes, tools and guidelines. This position will be based in Sydney, with a requirement to travel.

Key Responsibilities

Account management of Distributors in the market, acting as their main contact Recruit new Partners into the Channel Partner Program Training, advising and educating Partners on Axis’ products and services Managing stock levels, stock rotations and product mix Planning, implementing and following-up with Distributors’ marketing activities with the local Marketing Manager Evaluating the performance of each Distributor Achieving set annual and quarterly target Profile (Requirements for this job) Qualification and Experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Experience in a similar position Track record of reaching sales targets Important skills, abilities, knowledge for this role: Bearer of our culture Driven and self-motivated team player Good knowledge of networking, IP-based technologies and applications· Good organisational skills, and able to manage multiple priorities· Excellent communication skills Able to build and maintain relationships with customers Type of Employment Permanent Employment Posting End Date 2026-11-29 Certain roles at Axis require background checks, which means applicable verifications will be done in these recruitments.
