Job description

Job Description: Mastar Limited is partnering with a pioneering Healthcare AI company to hire a Clinical AI Engineer who will work on cutting-edge solutions that improve clinical diagnostics, treatment outcomes, and healthcare decision-making. You will develop, deploy, and optimize machine learning models using real-world clinical data in a regulated, high-impact environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement ML/AI algorithms for healthcare applications (e.g., diagnosis, risk prediction, patient stratification). Work with clinicians, data scientists, and engineers to translate clinical problems into AI-driven solutions. Develop pipelines for data preprocessing, model training, validation, and deployment.

Ensure compliance with healthcare standards such as HIPAA, GDPR, and clinical validation protocols. Collaborate on regulatory submissions and technical documentation (e.g., CE marking, FDA). Evaluate model performance and generalizability using diverse clinical datasets.

Requirements

Proficiency in Python, Tensor. Flow, Py. Torch, and other ML frameworks. Experience with healthcare data types (EHR, DICOM, HL7, FHIR). Strong knowledge of statistics, deep learning, and signal processing. Understanding of clinical trial data and medical research practices. Ability to work with interdisciplinary teams including clinicians and regulatory experts.

Desired Skills: Experience in deploying AI models in cloud-based environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure). Knowledge of model explain ability and interpretability in clinical settings. Familiarity with ISO 13485, IEC 62304, or other med-tech standards. Published work or contributions to healthcare AI projects.
