CDL A Shuttle Driver 2nd Shift

Drivers are responsible for delivering freight in a timely and safe manner. Duties are performed in a commercial motor vehicle, outside in all type of weather, and at warehousing facilities (primarily Welch’s). Communicate clearly and take direction from your supervisor—we value teamwork and straight talk. Complete DOT pre-trips and post-trips like the seasoned pro you are.

Operate safely and responsibly—your safety (and ours) is non-negotiable. Help out with loading/unloading when needed—no “that’s not my job” energy here. Keep your truck clean, fueled, and running smooth. Navigate routes, traffic laws, and customer interactions like the road warrior you are. Be ready to flex: alternate shifts, weekend runs, and occasional curveballs come with the territory.

Must live within 1 hour of our terminal in Mattawan, MI or drop lot in Dorr, MI. Clean driving record. Verifiable work history and references. Flexibility. Positive attitude.
