Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Quality System Engineer to join our QHSE team based in Abidjan. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating to the development, management and improvement of the Saipem Group and/or Entity Management Quality.

Key Responsabilities:

As a Quality System Engineer you will:

Collaborate on maintaining and managing the Company's Quality Management System in compliance with applicable Quality Policies, Standards and existing procedures Contribute to guarantee conformity of the Company Documentation System (Manuals, Procedures, Work Instructions) with ISO 9001 Standard Provide assistance to the Supply Chain regarding Supplier and Sub-contractor pre-qualification, qualification and quality audit activities Plan and execute internal Quality System Audits Assist the Commercial Function with Client qualification activities for quality related matters Train Company functions and new resources in quality matters Analyse data coming from projects and processes (Customer Satisfaction-CS, Non Conformity-NC, complaints and lesson learned, etc.) Issue and manage Corrective Action Request (CA) Provide support to:

• the Quality Manager in own duties
• the Quality Manager and Saipem Group Quality function in managing audits performed by Quality System Certification Body and other regulatory bodies for ISO 9001 certification activities Required Technical Knowledge:

HSE Quality/ ISO 14001 Audit Preparation & execution Risk assessment Supplier & subcontractor qualification Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills Advanced English Proficiency (written and spoken) Required IT Skills:

MS Office Personal Skills:

Qualifications

& Experience

Education

Bachelor's Degree in HSE or a related field.

Work Experience:

Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a HSE/ Quality at a supervisory position . Previous experience within the Oil & Gas industry is highly preferred. 2 years Offshore. NB: Please send your CV in english version .
