The Southern Saratoga YMCA is seeking dynamic individuals for the part- time positions of Program Instructor. This position supports the work of the Y; a leading charity committed to strengthening community. Program Instructors plan and implement lesson plans, ensure safety is observed and goals of the program are met, greets all participants and parents in a professional and friendly manner.

MIMIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High School/GED. College level study in a physical education, health education or recreational program preferred. Previous experience in coordinating recreational programs. Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications (completed within 30 days of hire) New Employee Orientation, Sexual Harassment, ALICE (Active Shooter), and Bloodborne Pathogens trainings (completed within 90 days of hire) WORK SCHEDULE: Part Time Work hours: Weekday evenings and weekend mornings PART TIME BENEFITS: YMCA Membership, Y Retirement, Paid Sick Leave
