Receptionist/Hygiene Coordinator

Experienced Dental Receptionist $30–$35/hour | Full-Time | Hamilton Great with people? Great with Dentrix? We'd love to meet you. Queen King Dental is looking for an experienced dental receptionist to join our busy, established, family owned practice. We're not corporate. We're a close knit team that believes patients should feel genuinely cared for, from the first phone call to the end of their visit.

What You'll Do

Welcome and assist patients. Schedule doctors and hygiene. Handle insurance and predeterminations. Discuss treatment and financial arrangements. Follow up on unscheduled treatment. Help keep the schedule productive and organized. You May Be a Great Fit if You: Have previous dental reception experience . Are confident using Dentrix .

Communicate warmly and professionally. Are comfortable speaking with patients about treatment. Take initiative and enjoy being part of a team. Pay: $30–$35/hour, based on experience.
