The maintenance of the facility includes all building structures, all mechanical, dry wall, painting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, furniture, fixtures, decor and appliances. The Maintenance Manager is also responsible for ensuring the upkeep of guest common areas and maintaining an attractive resort. Duties include overseeing grounds-keeping, parking, roads, swimming pools, recreational facilities, and related equipment. Major responsibilities include maintaining inventory, cost controls, purchasing, training, inspecting, motivating, and managing a skilled workforce.
