Customer Service Attendant, Full-time, 1st shift Wilmington NC

AVI Foodsystems is looking for a friendly and hard-working team member to fill the role of Customer Service Attendant, Full-tim, 1st shift. The schedule for this position is 6:00 am to 2:30pm, Thursday through Monday, Founded in 1960, AVI Foodsystems has evolved into one of the most respected and trusted food service companies in the nation.

Duties & Responsibilities: � Receive and organize deliveries of merchandise, including soft drinks, bakery products, snacks, specialty foods and other foodservice products at client locations.

� Merchandise products according to established standards, ensuring shelves, coolers, vending machines and/or market displays and designated product areas are fully stocked, organized and visually appealing. � Rotate merchandise and remove expired, damaged or stale products. � Ensure refrigerated and perishable products are properly stored and maintained.

� Maintain attractive, clean and organized product displays and merchandising areas. � Monitor product assortment and communicate inventory needs, shortages and customer preferences. � Provide friendly, professional customer service and maintain positive client relationships. � Follow all food safety, sanitation and merchandising standards.
