About the Role

If you're passionate about food and friendly service, we'd love to have you on our team at Tailwind! We’re currently seeking a reliable, hardworking Dishwasher to help keep our kitchen running smoothly. As a key member of our back-of-house team, you’ll be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, assisting with basic food prep, and helping to ensure a safe, organized work environment.

Responsibilities include

Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, and kitchen equipment Portion sauces and perform light food prep as needed Sweep and mop kitchen floors to maintain a clean workspace Take out trash and maintain cleanliness of trash areas Follow all health and safety guidelines Support the kitchen team with additional tasks as assigned Qualifications/Skills: Prior kitchen or dishwashing experience is a plus, but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
