What You Can Expect : Identify and pursue new business opportunities across key market verticals and high-growth industry segments Acquire new customers and achieve agreed sales targets and KPIs Develop and expand international trade lanes in collaboration with global offices and overseas partners Manage the full sales cycle, including client meetings, pipeline management, RFQs/tenders, and CRM updates Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations showcasing value-added logistics solutions Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive retention and account growth Provide market insights on customers, industry trends, and competitors to support business strategy Work closely with internal teams and regional counterparts to ensure seamless service delivery Follow up on customer accounts, including payment collections where required What You Bring: Good knowledge of freight forwarding and logistics services Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven mindset Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Ability to manage workloads efficiently and meet deadlines Customer-oriented with a positive service mindset Strong planning, organisational, and negotiation skills Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
