We are seeking a Scaffolder Journeyman who is responsible for the safe erection, modification, inspection, and dismantling of scaffold systems and environmental containment systems. This position performs work independently, mentors apprentice scaffolders, and consistently delivers quality workmanship while ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations, environmental requirements, company policies, and customer specifications.

What You will Do

Independently erect, modify, inspect, and dismantle scaffold systems Install, maintain, modify, and remove environmental containment systems, including plastic sheeting, shrink-wrap, debris netting, and temporary enclosures Read and interpret scaffold drawings and work plans Inspect scaffold materials for damage and serviceability Install guardrails, decking, access systems, bracing, and fall protection Maintain proper scaffold tagging procedures Mentor apprentice scaffolders Coordinate work with Lead Foremen and other trades Maintain clean and safe work areas Report hazards and safety concerns Maintain high standards of workmanship and productivity Other tasks as directed Qualifications: What You Bring to Our Team 3+ years of scaffold experience Demonstrated ability to independently erect, modify, inspect, and dismantle scaffold systems Proficiency in environmental containment installation Ability to read scaffold drawings and work instructions Strong safety record Ability to mentor apprentice scaffolders Thorough understanding of scaffold construction methods Knowledge of environmental containment installation techniques Ability to read scaffold drawings and blueprints Knowledge of OSHA scaffold standards.

Strong communication and leadership abilities. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent problem-solving skills.
