Pharmacy Sales Representative

Key responsibilities

Promote and represent the company’s product portfolio across pharmacies in the assigned territory (Belgrade and Central Serbia) Build and maintain strong professional relationships with pharmacy owners, pharmacists, and other key decision-makers Present products, communicate their key benefits and value propositions, and provide pharmacy staff with relevant product information Develop and implement commercial activities and promotional initiatives in private pharmacies, in line with company strategy and agreed objectives Plan and organize weekly field activities, prioritizing pharmacies and customers based on business potential and sales objectives Achieve agreed sales targets and drive product visibility, availability, and sell-out within the assigned territory Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitor activities, providing relevant insights to management Identify new business opportunities and support the development of long-term partnerships with pharmacies Prepare regular reports on sales results, customer visits, market activities, and field performance Collaborate closely with other teams to ensure effective execution of commercial and promotional plans Candidate's profile: University degree in Pharmacy, Medicine or Dentistry Previous experience as a Pharmacy Representative is an advantage Category B driving licence and active driver Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong results-oriented approach We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
