Join our team and be the driving force behind our success! Schedule and dispatch drivers for deliveries and pickups. Monitor routes to ensure timely and efficient deliveries. Communicate with drivers, customers, and management to coordinate logistics. Track shipments and resolve any delivery issues in real time. Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.

Maintain accurate records of driver schedules, routes, and load details. Handle emergency situations and provide support to drivers on the road. Utilize dispatching software to manage workflow efficiently. At least 1 year of previous dispatch experience (driver dispatching given preference) Previous experience in trucking or transportation dispatch preferred Knowledge of DOT regulations and trucking industry standards Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in dispatch software and Microsoft Office Suite High school diploma or equivalent
