ABOUT OUR AGENCY I opened my agency in 2009 and currently lead a team of six. Before entering the insurance industry, I worked in software development. I graduated from Polytechnic University of New York and enjoy spending my free time with my family fishing, boating, and jet skiing. Giving back to the community is important to me.

Our agency regularly participates in local events, and I'm an active member of the Oakdale Chamber of Commerce. I enjoy building relationships with the people and businesses that make our community great. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
