Bilingual Outside Sales Rep

We are hiring motivated Outside Sales Representatives to engage with homeowners, perform inspections, and close high-value remodeling projects. The best part is, our experienced call center will qualify and set leads for you, which means, we provide you with qualified appointments.

What You’ll Do Meet with homeowners in the comfort of their home to showcase MODE Renovation products and services. Engage homeowners in a professional, friendly manner to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions Perform shower/ bathroom inspections and assess conditions to support recommendations and provide on-the-spot estimates Track daily activity and sales performance to consistently improve close rates Work independently, based on your availability On-going training as necessary What We’re Looking For Professional fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written) required.

Valid driver’s license with a good driving record Ability to obtain a HIS License Must travel to meet with homeowner onsite Strong communication skills and a self-motivated attitude Comfortable working in a performance-based, commission-driven environment Must be available some nights and weekends Must be able to lift 20-30 lbs Why MODE Renovation?
