Export Officer

Job purpose: To ensure the smooth execution of sea export operations by managing documentation, coordinating with carriers and customers, and maintaining compliance with international shipping regulations.

The role supports timely and cost-effective movement of goods while delivering high-quality service to clients.

Job Responsibilities

Create booking & billings (Receivables & payables) on freight forwarding software Create bill of entry via MNS Advise shipper of vessel cut off /closing Request IDG/Export documents from shipper, including approved bill of entry Provide documents to customs pool for preparation of Dvs & other required certificates. Ensure that supplier’s invoices are received / checked on a timely basis and processed to finance.

Update transhipment to customers & overseas agent Job requirements Knowledge of the sea export operation process would be an advantage HSC with at least 2 years of experience Well versed with Excel spreadsheets, using vlookup and pivot tables Excellent communication and organization skills. Have a strong work ethic Be problem-solving and customer service oriented Good time management skills.

Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
