Business Analyst (Intake Management Domain)

Key Responsibilities

 Analyze intake and onboarding workflows to identify process improvements.  Gather and document business, functional, and system requirements.  Work with operations, product, and technical teams to streamline intake processes.  Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, workflow diagrams, and functional specifications.  Participate in Agile ceremonies and support sprint activities.

 Coordinate UAT and ensure successful delivery of business requirements.  Support process automation and workflow optimization initiatives.
