• Marco Island, FL, Salary Range: $18.00 - $20.00Hourly, AAA Parking is seeking a professional, customer-focused Golf Shuttle Driver to provide safe, reliable, and exceptional transportation services for guests, members, and visitors. The Golf Shuttle Driver serves as a key ambassador of AAA Parking and the property we serve, ensuring a welcoming first and last impression through outstanding hospitality, safety, and operational excellence. This position requires commitment to AAA Parking’s core values of integrity, accountability, teamwork, and superior guest service while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Guest Service Excellence Greet guests, members, and visitors in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner. Provide transportation services between parking areas, golf facilities, clubhouses, resorts, practice areas, and other designated locations. Assist guests with loading and unloading golf bags, luggage, and personal belongings.

Provide information regarding property amenities, golf facilities, events, and directions when appropriate. Anticipate guest needs and proactively provide assistance to enhance the overall guest experience. Uphold AAA Parking hospitality standards at all times. Transportation Operations Operate golf shuttle vehicles safely and efficiently.

Adhere to all company, property, and local traffic safety regulations. Follow established shuttle routes and schedules while maintaining timely service. Monitor transportation demand and communicate operational needs to management. Assist with guest arrivals, departures, tournaments, special events, and high-volume periods.

Safety & Vehicle Maintenance Conduct pre-shift and post-shift vehicle inspections. Ensure assigned vehicles remain clean, presentable, and in proper operating condition. Immediately report accidents, incidents, damage, or maintenance concerns. Follow all safety procedures, emergency protocols, and company policies. Maintain a safe environment for guests, fellow employees, and property personnel.

Team Support Collaborate with valet attendants, parking attendants, front desk personnel, golf operations staff, and management teams. Assist with traffic control and directional assistance during special events and tournaments. Support operational needs as assigned by management. Maintain effective communication with Valet Manager regarding guest concerns and operational challenges.

Qualifications

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Previous hospitality, transportation, valet, golf course, resort, or customer service experience preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong commitment to guest satisfaction and service excellence.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment. Must be dependable, punctual, and customer-service oriented. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the workday. Ability to lift and carry golf bags and related equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.

Ability to enter and exit vehicles repeatedly during shifts. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, humidity, rain, and sun exposure. Ability to safely operate motorized vehicles for extended periods. Performance Expectations Successful Golf Shuttle Drivers at AAA Parking will: Deliver exceptional hospitality and guest service.
