Facilitator
Job description
A Facilitator is a leader, who commits to teach by modeling and demonstrates characteristics that participants can learn from. It is essential that candidates applying for this position enjoy being around middle school age children, respect them as people, and seek to include them in fun learning activities. In most cases, Facilitators have an Assistant, which they supervise and provide guidance for the day-to-day activities.
We are committed to ensuring that there are no boundaries to young people’s aspirations, no limits to their potential. We do this by implementing the agency mission, goals and objectives.
