Principal Solutions Architect

About Badge More people now use Apple and Google Wallet than Tik. Tok or Instagram. At Badge, we believe mobile wallets are the next big customer engagement channel, and we make it easy for enterprise brands and platforms to build in and monetize experiences in Apple and Google Wallets. From loyalty cards to stored value cards, memberships, IDs, and tickets, Badge helps brands drive retention, reactivation, and revenue by turning wallets into a powerful marketing channel.

The Badge platform consists of a no-code UI for marketers, flexible APIs for developers, and an embed/SDK for platform partners, enabling companies to create dynamic wallet experiences with in-wallet push notifications, location-based notifications, offers, coupons, tap-to-redeem, and more. We are a fast-growing team backed by leading investors, including QED and Infinity, and trusted by top-tier retailers, grocers, and partner institutions including Shift4, Carrefour, Hoka, and Yale University.

We value sharp thinking, fast execution, and a deep understanding of what drives customer behavior in a mobile-first world.

Position Overview

We are looking for a Principal Solutions Architect to serve as a trusted technical advisor to our most strategic enterprise customers and prospects. This is a high-visibility role where you will be the technical voice in the room with CTOs, CPOs, and engineering leadership, translating Badge's platform into solutions that map directly to business outcomes.

The ideal candidate brings executive presence, deep technical fluency, and a track record of leading complex technical scoping engagements where infrastructure ownership, data readiness, and stakeholder alignment were all ambiguous. Prior wallet experience is not required. What matters is the ability to walk into a messy enterprise situation, map the critical path, and drive it to resolution.
