Engineering Intern - Winter Coop/Internship

Position Summary

Servotronics is seeking an Engineering Intern to support our Manufacturing Engineering team for the next coop session. This hands-on internship provides an excellent opportunity for engineering students to gain practical experience in a manufacturing environment while contributing to continuous improvement and production support projects.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with manufacturing engineering projects focused on process improvement and efficiency. Support the development and updating of work instructions, process documentation, and manufacturing procedures. Collect and analyze production data to identify improvement opportunities. Participate in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.

Assist with tooling, fixture, and equipment-related projects. Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to support daily operations. Perform other engineering-related duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering field. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to meet export control requirements with access to ITAR-controlled information What You'll Gain Real-world manufacturing engineering experience.
