We're one of the busiest residential shops in metro Milwaukee — which means steady hours, a steady paycheck, and a company that'll still be here building your career a decade from now. Locally owned and owner-led — not a private-equity rollup. The owner is in the shop every day, working alongside the team. Decisions get made right here, by people you'll actually know — not by an out-of-state fund.

Your pay won't get "restructured" to hit someone's margin target, and you'll never be pushed to sell work a customer doesn't need. What you'll make: $34–$45/hour depending on experience, plus full benefits.
