Contract Admin (Full Time)

• Baton Rouge, LA Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week STL Holding Company, LLC is looking for a Contract Administrator to handle general admin functions related to contracts and basic accounting functions. Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Contract Administrator to manage homebuyer sales documentation and monthly volume reporting. The contract administrator will enter new home purchase contracts into our database and prepare essential month-end status and volume reports. This role bridges sales and operations to ensure homebuyer data and contract files remain accurate and complete. JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Input new homebuyer purchase agreements, pricing variables and customer profile details into the system Compare databases entries against ratified paper/digital contracts to ensure 100% text and data accuracy Generate month-end reports detailing sales, cancellations and net contracts Compile monthly reports detailing projections for future month sales based on probability to close Run pre-close audits at the end of the month to catch and fix missing data fields before final reporting Retrieve specific contract files and generate ad-hoc entry reports for management upon request JOB REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS High school diploma or equivalent required Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy. Manage and prioritize substantial and diverse workloads and changing priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Residency in one of the following states is a requirement for the position: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee, or Texas.
