About the Role

🦷 As a Pediatric Dentist you will provide preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic dental care while fostering a welcoming and positive environment to ensure children feel safe and comfortable during visits. You’ll use behavior management techniques tailored to young patients, educate families on oral hygiene practices, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed.

What We're Looking For

Active CA state DDS License Completion of a pediatric dentistry residency program (2-3 years) accredited by the American Dental Association (ADA). Availability to work 3-4 days per week, including SAT (1-2/per month) Skills Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with staff, patients, and parents. Strong understanding of pediatric treatment planning and case management.

Proficiency in pediatric dental procedures, such as pulpotomies, white crowns, & space maintainers. Strong behavioral management skills, with the ability to create a comfortable environment for young patients.
