Outside Sales Representative

Outside Sales Representative Summit Locations is seeking dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representatives to join our growing team. This role is responsible for identifying, negotiating, and securing agreements with property owners for the installation of outdoor advertising structures (billboards). The ideal candidate has a strong background in contract negotiation and relationship management, with a hunter mindset and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, field-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

Initiate contact with property owners Negotiate agreement terms and rates that align with company objectives Draft, review, and finalize agreements and associated documents Act as the primary liaison between the company and property owners throughout the agreement lifecycle Work closely with legal, permitting, construction, and sales teams to ensure a smooth transition from site acquisition to billboard installations What We Need From You: 1–3 years of experience in outside sales, business development, cold calling, roofing sales, solar sales, or similar fields Proven track record of successful sales/lease negotiations and deal closures Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational abilities Proficient with using AI, Microsoft Office Suite; experience with GIS, CRM, or lease management software is a plus Comfortable making cold calls over the phone and in person Ability to make oral presentations and clearly articulate policies and procedures Alignment with our values of inclusivity, and the ability to effectively communicate with people of various social, cultural, economic, and educational backgrounds Strong organizational and time management skills, with keen attention to detail Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle, with willingness to travel regionally (up to 50% of your time) as required
