The Portfolio Management Team Analyst guides the successful delivery of programs and projects through the provision of strategic and operational support, including operational reporting, risk and issue tracking, quality control and post project benefits tracking and reporting.

He/She develops optimization plans to maximize benefits of the programmed activities/initiatives or to minimize commercial losses due to deviations in plans. He/She is likewise in-charge of actively pushing for the completion of critical tasks to mitigate opportunity losses and treat commercial risks. The incumbent also provides evaluation results and recommendations to management that may impact on management decision-making and affect company generation, revenue and expenses.
