San Carlo are hiring a Content Creator! Salary is up to £50,000! Our story: The Distefano family, spanning two generations, started San Carlo over 30 years ago and has seen it grow to twenty-five authentic Italian restaurants across the UK – from Covent Garden, Piccadilly and Knightsbridge in London to Bristol, Leicester, Liverpool, Leeds, Cheshire and Manchester and with a growing number overseas – including Kuwait, Bangkok, Dubai, and Miami, with additional restaurant openings planned as San Carlo continues to expand globally.

Come and join us as our new Content Creator . You will be responsible for developing, engaging and visually appealing content that aligns with San Carlo’s brand identity and marketing strategy. This role will produce high-quality digital and print content, including photography, videography and social media assets, to drive brand awareness and customer engagement across multiple channels.

• San Carlo are partnered with an industry-leading pension provider, ensuring your hard work today supports your tomorrow Key Responsibilities: Plan, shoot and edit high-quality photography and videography across all San Carlo brands and restaurants, capturing our food, drink, people, interiors and atmosphere Create a consistent library of premium stills and video content that reflects San Carlo’s brand positioning and can be used across social media, website, email, paid campaigns and PR Produce short-form video content (such as Reels and Tik. Tok) alongside longer-form brand films, restaurant features and campaign content Work with the marketing team to turn wider San Carlo campaigns, seasonal menus, events and new openings into engaging, platform-specific content Travel to restaurants across the UK to shoot on location, and occasionally to our international sites, working around live service with minimal disruption to guests and colleagues Manage the full content workflow from concept, shot list and styling through to shooting, editing, colour grading, delivery and archiving Capture content that supports our digital channels, including imagery and video for restaurant web pages, Google Business Profile listings and booking journeys Keep our asset library organised, well labelled and easy for the wider team to access, with up-to-date imagery for every restaurant Work closely with Head Chefs, General Managers and restaurant teams to plan shoots and showcase new dishes, drinks and experiences at their best Make sure all content is on brand, and that guest and colleague consent and image rights are properly managed Monitor content performance, learning from engagement and conversion data to shape what we create next Keep up to date with social and visual content trends, bringing fresh ideas that balance creativity with our premium brand standards Manage and maintain all camera, lighting, audio and editing equipment Required Qualifications & Experience: Proven experience creating professional photography and videography, with a strong portfolio showing both Excellent eye for composition, lighting and styling, ideally with experience shooting food, drink, hospitality, luxury, lifestyle or another multi-site consumer brand Proficient in editing software such as Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro or equivalent (including colour grading and sound) Confident using lighting, gimbals and audio equipment, with the ability to shoot on location in fast-paced environments Strong understanding of social media platforms and what makes content perform on each Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple shoots, restaurants and deadlines at the same time Comfortable working with a wide range of people, from chefs and restaurant teams to senior stakeholders Creative, proactive and self-motivated, with a keen attention to detail and the flexibility to work evenings and weekends when needed Craft Joy, Create Memories, Learn the ART of San Carlo.
