Key Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care to patients under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians
• Monitor patient health status and record vital signs accurately
• Assist with patient assessments and document medical histories
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Support patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
• Educate patients and their families on health management and care plans
• Maintain a clean and safe environment in compliance with healthcare regulations
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes Skills and Qualifications:
• Valid and current LPN license in the state of employment
• Proven experience as an LPN or in a similar healthcare role
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and medical terminology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and handle multiple priorities
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and detail-oriented
