Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my State Farm agency in 2010 and currently lead a team of six with more than 65 years of combined insurance experience. I'm passionate about helping customers protect what matters most while building a workplace where people can grow, succeed, and enjoy coming to work each day. You'll also be greeted by our office dog, Ellie, who is part of the team and comes to work every day!

I've been actively involved in many local civic organizations over the years, serving on boards and as president of groups such as Rotary, the Chamber of Commerce, and the Sand Springs Education Foundation. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
