Responsibilities

Administer routine immunizations and provide essential guidance on nutrition, hygiene, and developmental milestones.

Collaborate with parents and guardians to address health concerns, explain diagnoses clearly, and establish ongoing care strategies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies. Identify and manage potential developmental delays or behavioral issues, referring patients to specialists when necessary.

Participate in on-call rotations to provide emergency care and support for urgent pediatric cases.

Requirements

Possess specialized medical knowledge specific to pediatric care, including a valid medical degree and relevant board certification. Demonstrate strong interpersonal abilities to build trust with children and comfort their families during medical procedures. Exhibit practical problem-solving skills to diagnose complex conditions and adapt treatment approaches to individual patient needs.

Have a minimum of 0-1 year of clinical experience in a pediatric or general medical setting. Maintain a professional demeanor with a commitment to patient safety and ethical medical practices.
